One of the most enjoyable parts of being a recruiter is when we are allowed to go onsite to visit with one of our clients. There can be many reasons, from internal meetings to the opportunity to meet with the team and get a feel for the environment. The latter was the case at the end of June when I could go onsite with Trove Brands. Let me be the first to tell you that it was absolutely beautiful!  Throughout several of my conversations with my candidates over the years, they have always raved about the campus and facilities, and they were correct!

To start things off at the entrance, Trove displays all of their hydration cups in the front window so you see them all when you walk up to the building! This was definitely a nice little treat to be able to see all of the opportunities that they have to offer in hydration.  If that wasn’t enough, they have a gym for basketball and pickleball, a yoga studio, a meditation room, a full kitchen, several quiet areas to collect your thoughts, and also a complete gym to work out, and those are all on the premises there on the campus! The best part about that is that employees can also bring their families there and use their gyms!

While there, I met one of the candidates I placed there earlier this year and the team I work with in HR. It is not very often that we get the opportunity to meet candidates in person, and a rare treat to have lunch with them or the HR team of our clients, so it was a treat. The environment was great because they had live plants, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. If eating indoors is not your style, they also have outside tables for their employees to gather for lunches and the BBQs that Trove holds for them all. The storage area is spotless, organized, and bright! They are growing quickly and moving things around to create office space. It’s safe to say that I loved the experience and look forward to future visits as well!
